Questions

Before you book.

Are you licensed and appointed?

Our process servers are appointed by the circuit court under Arkansas Rule of Civil Procedure 4, and our notaries are commissioned by the State of Arkansas. We are an administrative-support business, not a law firm and not a licensed investigation agency — we don't give legal advice or take investigative work.

How do payments work?

You pick what you need, see the itemized total, and pay by card before we start. Checkout runs on Stripe, so we never see your card number. Court and state fees are passed through at cost and billed separately.

What areas do you cover?

Our core district is Yell and Pope counties — Russellville, Dardanelle, and Danville. We regularly work the surrounding belt (Logan, Conway, Faulkner) for an extra $35, and the Little Rock metro corridor for an extra $75.

How fast can you serve papers?

A standard serve gets its first attempt in 3–5 business days. Rush moves within 24–48 hours. Same-day puts a server on it within 12 hours of your booking. Every tier includes up to three documented attempts.

Can I get something notarized without leaving home?

Two ways. A mobile notary can come to you — home, office, hospital room — starting at $50 with local travel included. Or you can notarize online over secure video from anywhere, starting at $25.

Do you work with out-of-state firms?

Regularly. Out-of-state counsel send us Arkansas defendants to serve and Arkansas courthouses to run. You never need to travel — book online, email the documents, and we return the affidavit or the file-stamped copy.
