    Questions

    Frequently asked by counsel.

    Which courts do you serve?

We're appointed in the 5th Judicial Circuit (Yell & Pope counties) and regularly serve papers across Logan, Conway, Faulkner, and Pulaski counties. We accept papers from out-of-state matters for Arkansas defendants.

    What counts as an attempt?

A documented visit to the address at a distinct time and day — varied across mornings, evenings, and weekends — each logged with GPS coordinates and photos. Three attempts are included in every serve.

    What does the affidavit include?

Date, time, place, and manner of service, a description of the person served, and the GPS/photo log. It's sworn by the server and, where notarization is required, notarized by a separate notary public — court-ready as filed.

What if the defendant is evasive or the address is bad?

Add "Locate to serve" and we'll run database and field work strictly to complete your serve — that's standard, incidental process-server work. If we still can't complete service after three documented attempts, you get the full log and a straight answer about what we found.

    Do you offer firm accounts?

Yes. Online checkout is instant for one-off jobs; firms with regular volume can call (417) 462-6608 to set up monthly billing terms.
