    Do you take eDocs or shipped paper?

    Either. Send eDocs and we print one set at no extra charge — that's built into the package price. If you ship paper, just get it to us before the appointment window. Oversized packages or a second printed set add a $50 print fee.

    How do you handle right of rescission?

    We date the notice at the table, confirm every borrower receives their required copies, and verify the count before we leave. The rescission period is explained as written in the document — we identify the dates on the form, we don't advise the borrower on what to do with them.

    How fast do you confirm after I book?

    Within 2 business hours you get a confirmation with the assigned signing window. If the borrower needs a different time, we handle that back-and-forth and tell you once it's locked.

    Which counties do you cover?

    Yell and Pope counties are the core district with no travel charge. The surrounding belt — Logan, Conway, and Faulkner — adds $35. The Little Rock metro corridor in Pulaski County adds $75. All of it appears on the total before you pay.
